You don't have to rescue the relationship, you don't have to grovel — you already know how to love and be loved. No one just explained the mechanics of what to actually do. I'll help you out of the loop of the same old mistakes.
It doesn't mean everything is broken. It means you're stuck in a loop no one has shown you the way out of. I show you.
Most relationship courses teach you to leave. «You deserve better», «don't put up with it», «run at the first red flag». That's not how I work.
I'm for figuring it out. Understanding what's really happening, your own part in it, and the tools to change it. Not because you have to endure — but because most relationship problems are solvable. If you know how.
I'm not a psychologist out of a textbook — I'm a woman who went through her own «stay or leave», her own losses, and came back. I trained as a political scientist, then as a teacher of social studies (master's degree). Along the way I built a serious professional track — major city events (including Ural Music Night), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, political work. And alongside it — a solid collection of hard lessons in my personal life.
From the outside it might have looked fine — years together, not the worst hand. But I know what it's really like from the inside. And I know that «not so bad» and «truly good» are very different things.
Now I help others not to step on the same rakes — leaning not on esoterics, but on Gottman, Sue Johnson, attachment theory, and my own real experience.
My story →And I don't pretend to be one. Everything I talk about, I've lived: choosing «the wrong ones», the same endings, losses, betrayals, a wall of mistrust, loneliness inside a couple, fights on a loop, the feeling that you're carrying it all — and I know how to get out of it.
I build not on intuition, but on those who studied this for decades: Gottman — 45 years of researching couples in the lab; Sue Johnson — therapy tested in the clinic, not at «feel the universe» workshops. I simply translated it from the scientific into the human.
Behind me are three generations of women who knew how to build relationships. I'm the fourth.
And yes — I'm for family. Not «run at the first sign», not «you deserve better, so be alone», not «you're strong and self-sufficient — you need no one». But to figure it out and repair it — if there's something to repair. If there isn't — at the very least you'll understand yourself. And that's already a result.
made it to the finish of the first group — gathered by word of mouth, without a single rouble on ads. Here's what they say:
«I started snapping at my husband less, valuing him more and saying out loud what a good man he is. At first he was surprised, then he got used to it. And what I noticed — he started taking initiative himself. Without me asking a hundred times and without fights.»
«It's all built so logically — at first you don't get where it's going, and then the pieces fall into place. It's so interesting how everything shifts once you start applying the small changes from each step. And what comes next… 🚀»
«There was resistance to doing the homework — because I knew it works. The «I want to but it stings» kind. Thank you for showing how to use intelligence in dealing with men in a feminine way.»
«It became an inner turning point. The delivery is alive, without worn-out scripts. The feedback helps you see yourself from the outside. I can feel it — this is only the beginning.»
«I didn't expect it to work so fast. For the next year or two I'll keep working on myself to become a Woman of the healthy kind. School doesn't teach what this course gives — and that's a shame.»
I'm not about leaving — I'm about figuring it out. Most courses teach you to leave at the first discomfort. I help you understand what's happening, your own part in it, and how to change it. If there's something to repair, we repair it. If not, at least you'll understand yourself.
It's how you behave in closeness: anxious, avoidant, or secure. Knowing your style, you understand why you react the way you do and where it comes from. Start with the free attachment-style test — 5 minutes.
Yes. You start with yourself — you change your reactions, and the dynamic in the couple shifts too. Your partner's participation isn't required for the relationship to start improving.
No. It's built on John Gottman (45 years of researching couples in the lab), Sue Johnson (therapy tested in the clinic), and attachment theory. I translated it from the scientific into the human — without «feel the universe».
It's 10 steps from «we fought again» to «we're a team». On-demand — on your own or together with me. The second group starts July 26.
5 minutes, free, and it's already clearer what's actually going on with you. And from there the course is within reach.
